The wheat flour we use, is made from whole grain.

It contains both bran and wheat germ.
The bran contains approx. 80% of the minerals found in the whole grain,
while the germ is a rich source of trace minerals,
unsaturated fats, B vitamins and antioxidants.

White flour will produce a much higher dose of simple carbohydrates
that is metabolized into sugar, placing a high demand on the pancreas,
which could result in obesity and other diseases.

This is why we use organic whole wheat flour in our chips.

The brown rice flour we use, is gentle on the dog’s digestive system
and is easily assimilated.
